An Act relative to the town of Cheshire's special election.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all
2acts and proceedings taken by the Town of Cheshire preceding and related to the August 12,
32024 Special Election and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and
4confirmed notwithstanding any omissions in procedure or process with respect to the posting of
5the Special Election Warrant and related voter information.
6 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
