2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Subsection (u) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022
3232 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 349, after the word “has” the following
3333 3words:- “been awarded permanent disability compensation by the United States Department of
3434 4Veterans Affairs at a 100% rating, or".
