Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Subsection (u) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 349, after the word “has” the following 3words:- “been awarded permanent disability compensation by the United States Department of 4Veterans Affairs at a 100% rating, or".
