2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay
2929 2Transportation Authority and regional transit authorities organized under chapter 161B of the
3030 3General Laws shall not charge riders a fare for rapid transit, bus, and trolleybus service along
3131 4fixed routes on the day of a biennial state primary or biennial state general election.
