4437 (a) The president of the county board is entitled to receive [$10,000] $20,000 15

45+ SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to Article III, § 35 21
46+of the Maryland Constitution, this Act may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary 22

50+Anne Arundel County Board of Education while serving in a term of office beginning before 1
51+the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary or 2

54+term of office. This limitation does not apply to an individual appointed or elected after the 5
55+effective date of this Act to fill out an unexpired term. 6
