22- SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND,
23-That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

29- (b) (3) (i) Beginning in fiscal year 2019, in addition to the grant provided
30-under paragraph (2) of this subsection, the College shall receive the amounts specified

41-public senior higher education institutions to moderate undergraduate resident tuition
42-increases, it is the intent of the General Assembly that the State shall provide to the College
43-funds for the same purpose.
