17- SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND,

20- (a) There is a Workgroup to Study the Fiscal and Operational Viability of
21-Public–Private Partnerships for Charles County Public Schools.

83-County Delegation to the General Assembly.

85- SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect June
86-1, 2022. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and 1 month and, at the end of June
87-30, 2023, this Act, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be
88-abrogated and of no further force and effect.
