139		-	County, the Chief Judge of the Orphans’ Court for Somerset County, an associate judge of
140		-	the Orphans’ Court for Somerset County, the County Commissioners of Somerset County,
141		-	the President of the County Commissioners of Somerset County, a member of the County
142		-	Roads Board of Somerset County, or the President of the County Roads Board of Somerset
143		-	County while serving in a term of office beginning before the effective date of this Act, but
144		-	the provisions of this Act concerning the salary or compensation of the Sheriff of Somerset
