12-FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of the Sheriff of Somerset County, the State’s

140-the Orphans’ Court for Somerset County, the County Commissioners of Somerset County,
141-the President of the County Commissioners of Somerset County, a member of the County
142-Roads Board of Somerset County, or the President of the County Roads Board of Somerset
143-County while serving in a term of office beginning before the effective date of this Act, but
144-the provisions of this Act concerning the salary or compensation of the Sheriff of Somerset
