12-FOR the purpose of altering the circumstances under which a dentist who is a faculty
13-member at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and trained at a foreign

15-examination offered by the American Board of Dental Examiners, Inc., or its
16-successor organization; and generally relating to the qualifying of faculty members

69-subsection (b) of this section and was issued a general license shall surrender the license if
70-the dentist violates any provision of this title or any regulation adopted by the Board.
