202+§ 19–509 of this subtitle shall contain coverage for damages, subject to the policy limits, 8

206+underinsured motor vehicle because of bodily injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident 11

243-other valid and collectible insurance or qualified self–insurance may include the enhanced
244-underinsured motorist coverage provided for in this section.

254-same manner as if the damages were caused by an underinsured motor vehicle.
