865- (8) the potential role of 211 Maryland in a combined 2–1–1 and 3–1–1 24
866-system, including how 211 Maryland can maintain involvement in projects unrelated to the 25
867-direct operation of the statewide 2–1–1 system; and 26

869- (9) any issues with the management of 2–1–1 shifting from a nonprofit 27
870-entity to a governmental service. 28

872- (c) On or before December 1, 2023, the Department of Legislative Services shall 29
873-report its findings and recommendations, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State 30
