70-BALTIMORE, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE Department of Legislative Services, AND 13
71-with the assistance of staff from the State agencies represented on the Commission, shall 14
72-provide staff for the Commission. 15

74- (g) On or before December 1, [2023] 2024, the Commission shall report its 16
75-findings and recommendations to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the 17
