17- SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND,

79- (g) On or before December 31, 2024, the Workgroup shall report its findings and
80-recommendations to the Board of Calvert County Commissioners, the Calvert County
81-Board of Education, the Interagency Commission on School Construction, and, in
82-accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the members of the Calvert
83-County Delegation to the General Assembly.

85- SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect June
86-1, 2024. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and 1 month and, at the end of June
87-30, 2025, this Act, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be
88-abrogated and of no further force and effect.
