82 | 82 | | Council, the Frederick County Board of Education, the Interagency Commission on School 20 |

83 | 83 | | Construction, and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the 21 |
---|
84 | 84 | | Frederick County House and Senate Delegations. 22 |

86 | 86 | | SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect June 23 |
---|
87 | 87 | | 1, 2024. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and 1 month and, at the end of June 24 |
---|
88 | 88 | | 30, 2025, this Act, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be 25 |
---|
89 | 89 | | abrogated and of no further force and effect. 26 |
