16381638 SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall take 17
16391639 effect July 1, 2024, the effective date of Chapter 217 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 18
16401640 2022. If the effective date of Chapter 217 is amended, Section 2 of this Act shall take effect 19
16411641 on the taking effect of Chapter 217. 20
