11-FOR the purpose of requiring that a member of the Harford Community College Board of
12-Trustees be a resident of Harford County for the duration of the member’s term;
13-altering, beginning on a certain date, the residency requirements of the appointed
14-members from Harford County councilmanic districts in a certain manner; the
15-membership of the Harford Community College Board of Trustees; requiring the

34- SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF M ARYLAND,
35-That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
26+FOR the purpose of requiring that a member of the Harford Community College Board of 3
