196-9A–503, or § 9A–504 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction is subject 2

198-second or subsequent conviction, subject to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or imprisonment 4

215-person who violates any provision of this title a penalty not exceeding $5,000 for each 16

222- (ii) the harm caused by the violation; 20

224- (iii) the good faith of the violator; 21
