4545 (a) In addition to the other qualifications for a license set forth in this subtitle, an 22
4646 applicant shall qualify under this section by meeting the educational and experience 23
4747 requirements set forth in subsection (b), (c), or (d) of this section. 24

5151 (d) (1) An applicant qualifies under this section if the applicant: 1

5353 (i) subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, has at least 12 years 2
5454 of work experience in engineering that is satisfactory to the Board and that indicates to the 3
5555 Board that the applicant may be competent to practice engineering; and 4

5757 (ii) 1. has passed the examination IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF 5
5858 ENGINEERING GIVEN BY THE BOARD UNDER THIS SUBT ITLE; AND 6
