32 | 32 | | pipeline project, Contract No. BF1582E91, that extends from the Rocky Gorge Pumping 13 |

33 | 33 | | Station on Brooklyn Bridge Road to the Patuxent Water Filtration Plant on Sandy Spring 14 |

36 | 36 | | (b) In conducting the audit, the third–party auditor shall be required to consult 16 |

57 | 57 | | SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect 5 |

58 | 58 | | October 1, 2025. It shall remain effective for a period of 2 years and, at the end of September 6 |

59 | 59 | | 30, 2027, this Act, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be 7 |
---|
60 | 60 | | abrogated and of no further force and effect. 8 |
