	85	+	of Somerset County, the President of the County Commissioners of Somerset County, a 24
	86	+	member of the County Roads Board of Somerset County, or the President of the County 25
	87	+	Roads Board of Somerset County while serving in a term of office beginning before the 26
	88	+	effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary or 27
	89	+	compensation of the Sheriff of Somerset County, the County Commissioners of Somerset 28
	90	+	County, the President of the County Commissioners of Somerset County, a member of the 29
	91	+	County Roads Board of Somerset County, and the President of the County Roads Board of 30
	92	+	Somerset County shall take effect at the beginning of the next following term of office. This 31
	93	+	limitation does not apply to an individual appointed or elected after the effective date of 32
	94	+	this Act to fill out an unexpired term. 33
