26-FOR the purpose of clarifying that a political subdivision may recover the cost of 3
27-implementing and administering a stop sign monitoring system from the fines 4
28-collected by the political subdivision as a result of violations enforced by the stop sign 5
29-monitoring system; authorizing the use of stop sign monitoring systems at within 6
30-100 feet of school bus stops in Prince George’s County, if authorized by local law or, 7
31-in the case of school bus stops located on State highways, the State Highway 8
32-Administration; requiring Prince George’s County, rather than the State Highway 9
33-Administration, to place certain signs on State highways in the county, subject to 10
34-the approval of the Administration; limiting the hours in which a system may be 11
35-operated; and generally relating to the use of stop sign monitoring systems at school 12
36-bus stops in Prince George’s County. 13
