78-State Government Article, on the implementation of this Act and whether it has improved 22
79-compliance with the Maryland Vehicle Law in the Queen Anne Village community in 23
80-Owings Mills. 24

82- SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect 25
83-October 1, 2025. It shall remain effective for a period of 3 years and, at the end of September 26
84-30, 2028, this Act, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be 27
85-abrogated and of no further force and effect. 28
