An Act to Amend the Laws Governing the Emergency Medical Services
Stabilization and Sustainability Program
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §98, sub-§1, ¶B,
§1, is amended to read:
B. "Emergency medical services entity" means a nonprofit or for-profit an ambulance
service or nontransporting emergency medical service or emergency medical services
training center licensed under this chapter or a regional council.
