HOUSE BILL NO. 5059 A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled "Michigan memorial highway act," (MCL 250.1001 to 250.2092) by adding section 113. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 113. Highway M-39 beginning at highway M-10 in Southfield and continuing south to Lafayette Boulevard in Lincoln Park shall be known as the "Bishop P.A. Brooks Memorial Freeway".
