66 1.6BOND SALE AUTHORIZATION.​
77 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$4,037,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds​
88 1.8account in the state transportation fund to the commissioner of transportation for one or​
99 1.9more grants to the city of Arlington, Sibley County, or both for preliminary design, design,​
1010 1.10environmental analysis, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of intersection​
1111 1.11improvements, water main and sewer improvements, and an extension of Sibley County​
1212 1.12Road 166, known as Freedom Drive, from Sibley County State-Aid Highway 17 to marked​
1313 1.13Trunk Highway 5 in the city of Arlington.​
1414 1.14 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
1515 1.15proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
1616 1.16the state in an amount up to $4,037,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
1717 1.17prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota​
1818 1.18Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.​
1919 1.19 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
