55 1.5 Section 1. [72A.329] HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE ADVERTISING.​
66 1.6 An insurance company licensed to do business in Minnesota that offers homeowner's​
77 1.7insurance coverage, as defined by section 65A.27, must include the following information​
88 1.8in print, televised, electronic, and radio advertisements:​
99 1.9 (1) the total amount the insurance company spent on advertising and marketing during​
1010 1.10the previous calendar year; and​
1111 1.11 (2) if the insurance company is publicly traded, the increase or decrease in the insurance​
1212 1.12company's stock prices for the previous calendar year.​
