44 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
55 1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 340A.412, subdivision 10, is amended to​
66 1.6read:​
77 1.7 Subd. 10.Employment of minors.No person under 18 years of age may serve or sell​
88 1.8intoxicating liquor in a retail intoxicating liquor establishment that has an off-sale intoxicating​
9-1.9liquor license. Notwithstanding section 181A.115, a person 17 years of age may serve or​
10-1.10sell intoxicating liquor in a retail establishment that has an on-sale intoxicating liquor license,​
11-1.11provided that the service or sale is supervised by an employee of the establishment who is​
12-1.12over 17 years of age.​
13-1.13 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
