44 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
55 1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 297A.67, subdivision 9, is amended to read:​
66 1.6 Subd. 9.Baby products.Breast pumps, baby bottles and nipples, pacifiers, teething​
77 1.7rings, and infant syringes, baby wipes, cribs and bassinets, crib and bassinet mattresses,​
88 1.8crib and bassinet sheets, changing tables, changing pads, strollers, car seats and car seat​
99 1.9bases, baby swings, bottle sterilizers, and infant eating utensils are exempt.​
1010 1.10 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for sales and purchases made after June​
