66 1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
77 1.7 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 151.01, is amended by adding a subdivision​
88 1.8to read:​
99 1.9 Subd. 44.Over-the-counter drug."Over-the-counter drug" means a drug legally​
1010 1.10available by retail sale that does not require a prescription or consultation with a pharmacist​
1111 1.11or other health care professional.​
1212 1.12 Sec. 2. [151.411] OVER-THE-COUNTER SALE OF IVERMECTIN AND​
1313 1.13HYDROXYCHLORIOQUINE.​
1414 1.14 Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a registered pharmacy or a licensed pharmacist​
1515 1.15must offer ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine tablets suitable for human use for sale as an​
1616 1.16over-the-counter drug.​
