| 8 | 8 | | 1.8School District No. 704, Proctor, for building a regional center of excellence for career |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9technical education in Northeastern Minnesota. The center must be overseen by a partnership |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10between the Proctor, Hermantown, and Esko school districts and must facilitate cost-effective |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11workforce training to meet regional industry needs. Grant money may be used for purchasing |
