1010 1.10capacity of 10,000 or more animal units requires the preparation of an environmental impact​

1212 1.12 (b) The commissioner may use the good-cause exemption under Minnesota Statutes,​
1313 1.13section 14.388, subdivision 1, clause (3), to adopt rules under this section, and Minnesota​
1414 1.14Statutes, section 14.386, does not apply except as provided under Minnesota Statutes, section​
1515 1.1514.388.​
1616 1.16 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment and​
1717 1.17applies to applications submitted on or after that date.​
