| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$12,189,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Palisade to predesign, design, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9construct, furnish, and equip improvements to the clean water and wastewater infrastructure |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10in the city of Palisade. Clean water infrastructure includes a new water treatment plant; |
