| 8 | 8 | | 1.8of employment and economic development for a grant to Union Gospel Mission, Inc., a |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10community engagement center in the city of Duluth to serve people experiencing |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11homelessness. This appropriation includes money for a commercial kitchen, warming center |
