66 1.6ENTERTAINMENT.​
77 1.7 Subdivision 1.Definitions.(a) For purposes of this section, the following terms have​
88 1.8the meanings given.​
99 1.9 (b) "Entertainment" has the meaning given in section 325F.676, subdivision 1, paragraph​
1010 1.10(c).​
1111 1.11 (c) "Place of entertainment" has the meaning given in section 325F.676, subdivision 1,​
1212 1.12paragraph (h).​
1313 1.13 Subd. 2.Available water requirement.While entertainment is occurring, a place of​
1414 1.14entertainment must provide attendees with access to potable water by:​
1515 1.15 (1) providing bottled water at no cost to the attendees;​
1616 1.16 (2) allowing attendees to bring bottled water into the place of entertainment; or​
1717 1.17 (3) allowing attendees to bring an empty water bottle to the place of entertainment and​
1818 1.18providing attendees with access to potable water to fill the bottle.​
