77 1.7 Subd. 13.Use of resident EBT cards by program staff.For a staff person at a licensed​
88 1.8residential program to make food purchases on behalf of a program resident using the​
99 1.9resident's electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card, the staff person must be listed as an​
1010 1.10authorized representative of the resident. A residential program must maintain a log of​
1111 1.11purchases made by program staff using a resident's EBT card and must retain a record of​
1212 1.12purchases made under this subdivision according to section 245A.041.​
