77 1.7 The secretary of state must amend Minnesota Rules, section 8200.5100, subpart 2, to​

99 1.9medical bill. The amendment to the rule must be effective no later than January 1, 2026.​
1010 1.10The secretary of state may use the good cause exemption under Minnesota Statutes, section​
