| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$10,800,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to Dakota County, the city of Lakeville, |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9or both, to reconstruct County State-Aid Highway 50 from Kenrick Avenue to Klamath |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10Trail as part of the Interstate 35 interchange project to address corridor mobility and safety |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11improvements. The appropriation may be used for preliminary and final design and to |
