| 8 | 8 | | 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of Hilltop for site preparation |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10and to construct, furnish, and equip a new tornado and emergency shelter. This appropriation |

| 11 | 11 | | 1.11may also be used to construct, furnish, and equip space for city administration offices, |
