66 1.6 Section 1. HILLTOP; EMERGENCY SHELTER AND MUNICIPAL​
77 1.7IMPROVEMENTS.​
88 1.8 Subdivision 1.Appropriation.$3,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund​
99 1.9to the commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of Hilltop for site preparation​
1010 1.10and to construct, furnish, and equip a new tornado and emergency shelter. This appropriation​
1111 1.11may also be used to construct, furnish, and equip space for city administration offices,​
1212 1.12council chambers, a community room, and a playground for city residents and the Hilltop​
1313 1.13Mobile Home Community.​
1414 1.14 Subd. 2.Bond sale.To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond​
1515 1.15proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of​
1616 1.16the state in an amount up to $3,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect​
1717 1.17prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota​
1818 1.18Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.​
1919 1.19 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
