| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 Subd. 2.Consent required.(a) An electric utility that implements a time-of-use rate |

| 14 | 14 | | 1.14 (b) An electric utility must create a form that the person who owns the home or business |

| 15 | 15 | | 1.15receiving electric service must sign to opt in to the time-of-use rate program and allow the |

| 16 | 16 | | 1.16electric utility to install the necessary equipment. The form must be in 12-point, boldface |
