77 1.7employment and economic development for a grant to Second Harvest Northland Food​
88 1.8Bank to construct and renovate an expansion of a facility in the city of Duluth to serve as​
99 1.9a food bank. This appropriation also includes money to purchase and install a new cooler​
1010 1.10and freezer system in the facility. This appropriation is available when the commissioner​
1111 1.11of management and budget determines that $……. of nonstate funds have been committed​
