| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subd. 2.Eligible projects.(a) An economic development project for which a county or |

| 8 | 8 | | 1.8city may be eligible to receive a grant under this section includes: |

| 9 | 9 | | 1.9 (1) manufacturing; |

| 10 | 10 | | 1.10 (2) technology; |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (3) warehousing and distribution; |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12 (4) research and development; |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (5) agricultural processing, defined as transforming, packaging, sorting, or grading |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14livestock or livestock products into goods that are used for intermediate or final consumption, |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | 1.15including goods for nonfood use; or |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | 1.16 (6) industrial park development that would be used by any other business listed in this |

| 17 | 17 | | 1.17subdivision even if no business has committed to locate in the industrial park at the time |
