66 1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 181.725, is amended by adding a subdivision​

88 1.8 Subd. 7a.Assistance and information for businesses; determination of worker​
99 1.9classification.A partnership entity must provide a requesting business with the information​
1010 1.10necessary to make a determination of the appropriate classification for an individual​
1111 1.11performing services for the business. Necessary information includes but is not limited to​
1212 1.12information regarding unemployment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and tax​
1313 1.13identification numbers. The information must be provided by the partnership entity requested​
1414 1.14or provided in coordination with another partnership entity.​
