| 6 | 6 | | 1.6 Section 1. [197.62] GRANTEE REPORTS. |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | 1.7 (a) Beginning January 15, 2026, and each year thereafter, the commissioner of veterans |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | 1.8affairs must submit a report on organizations that received grants from the agency in the |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | 1.9preceding fiscal year to the chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1.10committees with jurisdiction over veterans affairs policy and finance. |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | 1.11 (b) The report required under paragraph (a) must include the following information for |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1.12each grantee: |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | 1.13 (1) a summary of the purpose of the grant; |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1.14 (2) the grant amount provided to the grantee; |
