1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to state government; required training for state employees on preventing, 1.3 recognizing, and reacting to fraud; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 1.4 Statutes, chapter 43A. 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6 Section 1. [43A.205] TRAINING EMPLOYEES ON PREVENTING, RECOGNIZING, 1.7AND REACTING TO FRAUD. 1.8 The commissioner of management and budget must provide annual training to state 1.9employees on preventing, recognizing, and reacting to suspected fraud or misuse of state 1.10funds.
