7 | 7 | | 1.7 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 16B.312, subdivision 6, is amended to read: |

9 | 9 | | 1.9of Transportation must administer the Environmental Standards Procurement Task Force |

10 | 10 | | 1.10grant program is established in the Department of Administration under this subdivision to |

11 | 11 | | 1.11award grants to assist manufacturers to obtain environmental product declarations or |

12 | 12 | | 1.12otherwise collect environmental product declaration data from manufacturers in Minnesota; |

13 | 13 | | 1.13improve plant efficiencies from asphalt, ready-mix, and aggregate manufacturers in |

14 | 14 | | 1.14Minnesota; or otherwise reduce greenhouse gas emissions output in their operations. The |

16 | 16 | | 1.16and evaluate grant applications, and to make grant awards. Grant applicants must submit |
