88 1.8 (a) A health plan company shall pay a health care provider at least 143 percent of the​

1010 1.10rule updating payments and policies for outpatient behavioral health services. Outpatient​
1111 1.11behavioral health services include but are not limited to outpatient substance use disorder​

1313 1.13 (b) This section does not apply to coverage provided to state public health care program​
1414 1.14enrollees under chapter 256B or 256L.​
