[62Q.138] OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES 1.7PAYMENT RATES. 1.8 (a) A health plan company shall pay a health care provider at least 143 percent of the 1.9Medicare rate as published in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services annual final 1.10rule updating payments and policies for outpatient behavioral health services.
