88 1.8 Sec. 18. Elections shall be free, fair, and equal. No civil or military power shall, at any​

1010 1.10 Sec. 2. SUBMISSION TO VOTERS.​
1111 1.11 (a) The proposed amendment must be submitted to the people at the 2026 general election.​
1212 1.12If ratified, the amendment is effective January 1, 2027. The question submitted must be:​
1313 1.13 "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to provide for free, fair, and equal elections​
