99 1.9 Subdivision 1.Appropriation; general obligation bond proceeds.$5,600,000 is​
1010 1.10appropriated from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund to the​
1111 1.11commissioner of transportation for one or more grants to the city of Byron, Olmsted County,​
1212 1.12or both for the county and city share of general obligation bond eligible portions of a project​
1313 1.13to conduct environmental analysis, predesign, and final design of a project to replace at-grade​
1414 1.14intersections and traffic signals with grade-separated interchanges along marked U.S.​
1515 1.15Highway 14, including but not limited to intersections with Olmsted County State-Aid​
1616 1.16Highway 3 and Olmsted County State-Aid Highway 5, in the city of Byron. Any amount​

5151 2.20the terms, and with the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 167.50 to 167.52,​
5252 2.21and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XIV, section 11, at the times and in the amounts​
5353 2.22requested by the commissioner of transportation. The proceeds of the bonds, except accrued​
5454 2.23interest and any premium received from the sale of the bonds, must be deposited in the bond​
5555 2.24proceeds account in the trunk highway fund.​
