119 BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
12- Section 1. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and 1
13-empowered to sell, transfer, grant, convey, remise, release, 2
14-and forever quitclaim all interest of the state of Missouri 3
15-in property located in the City of Kirksville, Adair County, 4
16-Missouri, to the Kirksville R -III School District. The 5
17-property to be conveyed is mor e particularly described as 6
18-follows: 7
19-All of Block thirty nine (39) of the Original 8
20-Town (Now City) of Kirksville, Missouri. 9
21- 2. The commissioner of administration shall set the 10
22-terms and conditions for the conveyance as the commissioner 11
23-deems reasonable. Such terms and conditions may include, 12
24-but not be limited to, the number of appraisals required and 13
25-the time, place, and terms of the conveyance. 14
26- 3. The attorney general shall approve the form of the 15
27-instrument of conveyance. 16
28- Section 2. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and 1
